Messrs Banks and Co-s Wookly Report, At Parawai, on Wednesday, the supply of fat cattle was about equal to the demand, and prices obtained were in advance of those ruling for the last few weeks. Steers made from £4 2s 6d to £6 5s oach; cows, £3 2s 6d to £4 2s 6d, or, from I6s to 18s per lOOlbs for steers, and about 15s for cows. The pens were well filled with fat sheep. Buyers were slow, and owners' values hardly realised, wethers selling jit 13s€dt<j 14s 3d each.
