THE SEAMEN'S UNION AND THE LABOUR QUESTION.
The various branches of the Federated Seamen's Union are to ballot whether there shall be a goneral strike or arbitration, aa to whether the subsidy to the Jubilee Company be continued or the Union to withdraw from the struggle altogether.
