CHICAGO ANARCHISTS-A DIABOLICAL PLOT.
Arrests were made in Chicago on July 17th of three Bohemians, anarchists, belonging to a "group" of four, who had banded themselves to avenge the. Jdeath of Spiers, Parsons, and the other Haymarket bomb - throwers executed two jears ago in the city' named. The persons selected for vengeance were Judges Grrinnell and Cary, and Inspector Bonfield, of the police force, who were instrumental in bringing Spiers and his fellows to the gallows. The conspirators in the present instance were Frank Kronck, Frank Chappell, and Frank Chelbowa, all from Bohemia, and who, with the exception of the latter, spoke English plainly. The discovery of the plot was due to the fourth member of the group, who became con-science-striken as the time for the consummation of the plot drew near, and who waited on Inspector Bonfield and made a clean breast of the whole business. The date fixed was July 18th, and the wholesale murder and destruction of property was to be done by means of dynamite.
