John GoMswoithy's application for a Special Claim, Silver City, Waiorongomai, was withdrawn. The following applications WerO adjourned till next Court day i — II. U. Adorns and others, The Tower, Waiorongonini ; Clias. Gallagher, Bonanza, Te Aroha ; William Bailey, Lancashire and Yorkshire, Tni. John Abbottapplied for renewal of protection for Special Claim, No. 2, Waiorongomai, ma-chine site and water race also at Waiorongomii. Granted. The following applications for Licensed Holdings were granted : Max Friedlander, Bismarck, Waiorongomai ; J. Johnson and 11. Cannell, Starlit Bell, Tui ; Geo. Lipsoy, Mount Tni. The application of Thornton Walker for Hero, Licensed Holding, Tui, was adjourned till next Court-day, The application by J. M. Chambers for a machine site of five acres, situated at Omahu creek, Te Aioha, was also adjourned till next Court-day. An application by liewi Mokena for protection of registered claim at To Aroha tvas granted for two months, by the end of which time the Warden remarked the wet weather would be over, and the ground could thon bo worked as well as at any other time.
