"THE SINS OF THE FATHER" SUICIDE OF A WELL-KNOWN PRIMA DONNA.
About 15 years ago she was a member of Mr Carter's choir ab the Albert Hall, and Bhorfcly afterwards she entered the Royal Academy of Music in the class of Mr Randegger. Ab the Academy she gained high honours, and was selected to play the principal part in a stago presentation of the first operetta over composed by Mr Eaton Faning, now professor of music at Harrow School.
"Who was the wisest man?" asked the Sunday school teacher. "Solomon,' promptly responded a little girl. "And who was the holiest- ?" " Moses." " Moses, what makes you think so?" *' Because E often hear papa speaking of ' Holy Moaes. '"
