Mkssks AnTiiun and liuimui's Weekly Rkport.—There has been a, fair demand for pro. duco ot all kinds, and the supply has been fairly good, but litUe on hand. Prices remain about the saino as last week, except in the case of bnttoi\ ior wJiich prices are lower. But few local-grown potatoes to hand ; there is a good supply of Southern. Prices are ilrinci*. Onions are not quite so plentiful, but, an improvement in price. Local cheese moves off freely, it is diflicnlt to got any offer for inferior or old. Salt butter has come to hand freely. Pricei are lower ; a drop has taken place in the Sydney market. Owing to the low price at which potatooH tiro .soiling, pumpkins, carrots, turnips and all kinds of vegetables are still at low prices. Tho supply of local \ Krown fruit has dropped oil considerably. AH of good quality has sold well. There is ,a fair supply ol llobart apples in tho market, bui they aro ot inlerior quality and sell at low prices, which keeps the price of our local thrown lower than they otherwise wo.ild be. Moat of Iho lemons to hand this sveek have been of inj iorior quality. There has been a taiv supply ot poultry, and prices have been satisfactorypigs entered ; there was a demand. A large quantity of dead rabbits sold at, good prices. The demand tor household requisite-, has not not been bo grcal as last week. At a private house sale good prices wero obtained. Pianos have sold at £10 to C2O ; American organ, C2O. There have been only six bales by auction this week. They have been all well attended. On Monday, a ealeol! unredeemed pledges, Iro .i Mr h. H. Neuiiiogen, Pawn'bioker, Quecnbtrcct, Wiishcldat the Mart. A largo number wero present; good competition. A large quantity ol jewellery sold al very satisfactory prices, Sevcm.l of the better class watches brought C.i to L] 7 each. The clothing sold well. On Wednesday, sale of pianos, household furniture and effects at the Marl. The attendance was Rood, bidding languid, prices ruled low.
