Emett for license to cut timber on the Thames High School Reserve. Granted. ; Application by Wm. Darby for a lesidenco site, Hill Track, Waiorongo- j mai. Granted. Application for a residence site at Waiorongomai, by P, Hughes. It was stated the ground applied for in this case was within the boundaries of Fergusons Special Claim. Granted on the condition that the applicant vacate the grourd at any time notified to so do ; as it might be shown he was in the way of mining operations, etc. Application by Alfred Scott, for residence site, Hill Track, Waiorongomai. Adjourned till next Court day. (
