CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER Melbourne, June 13.
Captain Schutt, of the steamer Exce^ior, has been committed for trial on a charge of manslaaghcer. The prosecution arose out of a collision of the steamer with a fishing boat, by which a boy was drowned.
