It. w.ii decided to adopt the leport and pa\ tlic expenses incurred by the biokeis and directors in \ i^iting the claim. All the moneys leeeived as premiums will be returned, and the brokers intimated then intention to-day of proceeding against tho prospector. The matter is attracting a good deal of attention.
