J, EvcretWagnei , being of sound mind and dispost inn memory, and 1 calling the uncertainty of life do, make this my last will and te*tament, hereby i evoking any lonner or other will J may have made. ' 1 havo lived a secluded Hie, and for that loas-on, 1 suppose J have not accumulated as much ot this world's good-; as might have been ; bub my beloved relatives, knowing that I am about to die, and believing mo as they havo heretofore called me, a miser, suppose mv wealth to be very large ; although up to this time they havo shunned me almost entiroly, they cannot do too much for me, and nearly every one of them has visited me in these my last hours, and given me a gentle hint that they would like to have a small trinket of some kind by which to romcinbcr their belo\ed lelative. ' On account of their former treatment and their gentle hints, f now take this method ot satisfying their dcsiios, and by this my last will and testament, F bequeath to them as follows : ' First, I give to my beloved brother, Napoleon Bonaparte Wagnct, my loft hand and aim : second, [ give to my beloved brother, GJeorgo \V. Wagner, my right hand and arm,' Similarly ho disposed of his ears, nose, etc., to other i^elativcs, and says if any bo forgoti en the dissecting surgeon shall supply the lack, lirsL come llrst served. Tho remains aro to bo buried in tho potter's field. Tho executor and burgeon each aro to have .^5OO. The losidno of his estate is. to go to public charities in JvJetcalie county. The estate is worth $12,000,
