Ilott, 43 otcs , P. Qtiinlain, 26 ; .7. Henthuoto, 23 ; lt«v J. Mai. shall, 18 ; Key B. Liiwry, U ; A. ]\Ionzio«?, 13 ; li. Mackio, 13. On the motion of Mr Ilott, the Rev J. Mai shall wag appointed Chairman of Committee. On tho motion of Mr Quinl.in, tho Jiev 8. Lawry was appointed Secretary and Treasurer. On the motion of Mr Ilott, the Chairman and Treasurer were nppointe.il to sign all cheques, and tho night of meeting fixed fer the first Monday in each month at 8 o'clock.
