AUCKLAND Last Night. The returns fur quarter ended March 31st were presented at Bonrd of Education to-iiny. Number of schools including 48 half time schools, 248 ; teachers, 24:}; 0;3 scholars on roll, ] 1 ,253 boys and 10,545 girls, being total increase of 797 on December returns, average attendance, 91409 140 boys and M 505 girls, being total mciease of 622 on December returns.
