DOMAIN BOARD.

The usual monthly meeting of the Te Aroha Hot Spring Domain Board was held on Saturday last. Present, Messrs Gavin, (Chairman), Wilson ; Lipsey and Ahier. Minutes of the previous monthly meeting were read and confirmed. A claim for £10 10s was received from Dr Alfred Wright, for preparing the handbook " Te Aroha Guide," and •■ services in connection therewith. | Mr Eobson forwarded a cheque for I £2 4s 9d in settlement of account for ! overflow water taken away for bottling purposes, May ] 3th, 1886 to Nov., 1887 587 gallons at Id ; stating *,hat was the number of gallons he had paid Messrs Ahier and James for bottling. Mr L. Newton wtote, offering his services for the position of clerk, were such Appointed. Received. The clerk of Piako County Council wrote on behalf of that body, thanking' the Board for their courtesy in pro- j sentlng the members of the Council with complimentary tickets to the baths on i the occasion of their recent visit to To Aroha. Itcceived. Mr C. Ahier tendered his resignation as honorary secretary to the Board, which was accepted.
