I HEREBY give notice that I intend io construct a Water-race to divert nnd use water for. mining purposes, commencing at u point about 3 chains abovo tho Woodstock Company's dnm on the Ohit.emuri rivor, Karangahake, and torminajin-: at a point near to tho confluence of tho Ohinemuri and Waitawheta rivers, Karang'ahako. The length of such race is sixty chains or thereabouts, and its intended course is south west The mean depth of such race is two feet six inches, and the mean breac th is four feet six inches, and it is proposed to divert ten Government heads of water.
