A SENSATIONAL REPORT. PLOT AGAINST THE GERMAN EMPEROR. London, March 19.

A despatch has been received here from Berlin of a sensational nature. It states that Dr. Sir Morrell McKenzie frustrated a plot to prevent the Emperor Frederick 111. from succession to the throne. The other medical men intended to excise his larynx, and thus render the Prince ineligible to assume the monarchy. It is stated that Prince Bismarck is now convalescent.

Berlin, March 19. The Emperor Frederick 111., in a message to the Diet, solemnly undertakes to adhere to the Constitution.
