Defendant admitted owing £2 ss, which amount he had paid into court, and in is evidence stated he had tendered (hat amount to plaintiff prior to his taking out the summons. Judgement for £2 5s without costs. D. J. Frazer v Thos. Rowe. Claim £12 13s 3d for goods supplied. No appearance of defendant. Judgement by default for amount claimed with court costs, £1 3s.
