NOTICE of INTENTION to RAISE A LOAN, IN couLrmity with the provisions of "Tbe Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," and the other Statutes in this case made and provided, Notice is hereby given that the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Olninenum County, propose to raise the sum of £1100, by special Loan, under the provisions of "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 188'V for the purpose of the following Public Works :—: — £ s d. Paeroa to Owharoa Metalling Main Road 250 0 0 Owharoa to Waihi, Metalling Main Road 175 0 0 Paeroa to Te Aroha, Metalling t Main Road 200 0 0 Paeroa to Hikutain, Metalling and draining Main Road 220 0 0 Mackaytown to Karanghake, Metalling Cmnty Road 100 0 0 Upper Waitoa, To make and bridge new County Road 45 0 0 Lower Waitoa, To make and bridge new County Road 45 0 0 First year's interest on Loan, etc. G5 0 0 Total 1100 0 0 The cost of raising the said sum of £1100 so proposed to be borrowed, and tbe interest for one year during construction of above works, is to be paid out of the monies proposed to be borrowed. No amount will be s^t apart each yeai towards paying off the said Loan, other than is provided by way of Sinking Fund, under "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 188 G." The security to bo pledged for the said Loan is a special Rate of one farthing in the Pound sterling, on all property reteab l c forthis purpose within the County, such rate to be an annual recurring rate, payable every ye<°r on the Ist day of July in each year, till the Loan be paid off.
