THE ORETI CASE.
Wellingiox, March 12. The case in which Captain Robertson claims £626 from the steamer Oreti, for voyages and disbursements, was commenced at the Admiralty Court before the chief justice this morning. The captain, chief engineer and second engineer were examined' in- support of the claim. For the defence Mr Maisifield swoie that Mr Waller was the charterer o£ the vessel, and engaged all the hao The ea«e will last all day.
