Tho monthly meeting of tlic To Aroha Town Board, (adjourned from Thursday ythiust, owing Jo tho absence on (hat occasion of two of tho membcis) was heM on Monday evening last. Present : Coins Dobson (Clurirman), Frazer, Holt, Gavin, and Hotchcn. Minutes of Ihe piovious monthly meeting, of special meeting, held on 31st ult\, and of the meeting of February 9th, (adjourned without any business being gone into (were road and confirmed. j Coircspondcnce : — From Robt. Fiom Geo. Ebert, under date, Feb. 7th, as follows: "Having made arian gomcnls with Mr L. Ehrenfried, I would ask you lo substitute my name in place of that of L. Ehienfiied on tho Ratepayer Roll of the To Aroha Town Boaid." Resolved, that Mr Ebcrt bo informed that any objection lio had lo make should bo lodged with the Cleikof the Assessment Court, in accordance with Section 15 and 10 of the Rating Act, of JB7«. Valuation List: — Some discussion took place ye the Boards objection to the valuation list. Resolved that tho Chaiiman, and Messis Ilott, and Fiazer be appointed a committee to take the neces.-ary steps with icfcpect to supporting the Boauls objection to the valuation list. Engineers Rcpoit:— Tho Enginceis icport was lead, giving estimates for formation of new foot paths, and impioMng and gravelling existing foot paths within the township.
