BARNUM HIMSELF AGAIN.

New York. — Phineas, or as he is sometimes appropriately called, "Phoenix" Barnum, is already preparing to erect another "greatest" menagerie over the ashes of that recently destroyed. The main deck of the steamer LudgatG Hill, which has arrived from London, was filled with temporary cages of Uodb, tigers and other menagerie stock. Among the animals is a tapir. Some of the rarer beasts are consigned to the greafc show* man from a dealer in wild animals in Lon» don. This is the secoad consignment since the fire.
