New York. — Phineas, or as he is sometimes appropriately called, "Phoenix" Barnum, is already preparing to erect another "greatest" menagerie over the ashes of that recently destroyed. Some of the rarer beasts are consigned to the greafc show* man from a dealer in wild animals in Lon» don. This is the secoad consignment since the fire.
