THE MOANATAIARI MINE FLOATED.
Mr F. A. White, the legal manager of the Moanataiari G.M. Company, received & cablegram this morning from London from Mr P. Comiskey, to the effect that the Moanatairi mine had been successfully floated on the London market. Of course no further , particulars are at present to hand. The terms submitted by the Auckland shareholders were that the mine should consist Of 75,000 shares, of which 60,000 are to be fully paid up. 25,000 paid up shares will be allotted to' the present shareholders in lieu of the 13,500 at present held by them, so that each share will be .nearly doubled. 25,000 more paid up ' shares go to the home syndicate, who also take up the remaining 25,000, on which they are to pay 10s per share. The first call upon that money will be the present liability of tho Moanatairi Company , which amounts to £12,500. This will be paid off, and the remainder will be devoted to the further working of the mine. —Auckland Star. A , UI
