The London " "Daily News'" correspondent at Constantinople writes on January Bth:— "Tho Povte loams that Lord Salisbury has informed tho German Government that if war shall bo occasioned by the attempt of Russia to occupy Bulgaria, England will send two squadrons to the Black Sea."
