The German Crown Prince.
During the past f,ew clays, says a despatch of December Bth, ths attending physicians, have expressed a hope, not only that th'e'life'of the Prince will be preserved, but alsb that he;' will completely 1 recover . from his. throat trouble.' The Prince him* self has writtefi to a personal' fridnd in Berlin that tho inflammation in his 1 throat, is entirely, removed, and the danger-, ous symptoms have subsided. He believes he will fully recover. The Berlin "Tageblatr,", of December • 11th, ' says it has" 'authority for the statement' that the redent medical examination proved that 'the healing process is progressing favourably in, the imperial invalid's throat. The German Crown Princess writes (Dec. 13th) that under the most favourable circumstances the Crown' Prince will have to spare himself for a long time, and to use his voice but very little. On the 15th Dr. Mackenzie was hastily summoned to Remo, as dangerous symptoms had appeared, but) after carefully examining the Prince's throat* declared there was no danger.
