THE MINING ACT 1880 AMKNDMKXT ACT, 1887. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT WATER-RACK. Distiict: Hauraki. Date : October 26, 1887. TO THE WARDEN AT TK AROIIA. T HEREBY give notice that I intend to X construct a Water-race to divert and use watei for mining purposes, commencing nt a point on the Tuna Kokiao Creek, about Seventy Chains from the main road to the Thames, marked A on plan. Also at another pomt on the Omahu Creek, marked C on plan. The race from points A nnd C to converge At a point marked D, and terminating at a point inaiked B on plan. The length of such race is one mile o r thereabouts, and its intended course is south-westerly. The mean depth of such race is one foot six inches, and the mean breadth iB two feet six inches, and it 18 proposed to divert six Government heads of water. Cost of construction : Four hundred pounds. Time required for construction : Six monthi. Number and date of Miner's Right : 1524. October 25th, 1887. Applicant : Jko. Mooinib Chambers, Auckland.
