It is reported th<»t a moonlighter named Collinan lias turned informer and disclosed to Government the workings and objects of the Irish National League. One of its objects, according to tiiis persons statements, is to secure arms and ammunition in urdor to frighten the faimers into compliance wiirti the demand of tlu* Longue. In the courso of li is address at Ipswich Lord Koseberry said that the effect of the policy of tuo Government had boen to produce rancour and rebellion in Irolnnd, and already ho discerned that the confidence of the British people in the present Government was being rapidly forfeited.
