PREVENTING EVICTIONS. London, September 27.

News is to hand from Youghal, County Cork, Ireland, that the rails had been removed, and the telegraph lines cut on the railway between Moleely and Killeagh, to prevent the police and military from arriving at Youghal, to bo present at evictions which were to take place there.
