Mr Heals' s Suspension— Lively Scene.
A scone took place in the House of Commons on July 28, when (as cabled) Mr Healy wa- suspended. IfcafToi dod a curious common Lary on the remarks of the Speakei when closing the Tanner incident the previous week, that it was not likely that such .scenes would be repeated. As a matter of fact there were two scenes on the 28th, the fir^t when Mr Healy complained in heated language that Mr Delislo, a Catholic Conservative, was interrupting him. Mr Courtney, Chairman of Committees, called on him to apologise, which he at fir^t lefused to do, but on the intervention of. Mr Parnell he ultimately did this. A dh ision was soon afterwards taken, after which the Chairman announced that he had sent for the Speaker, and meanwhile suspended proceedings. The Speaker having taken the chair, Mr Courtney reported thatdiuingthedi\ ision Mr Healy had challenged Mr Delisle " to como outride the House if he w r erc a man and he would break his head for him." Mr Healy admitted the accuracy of this, remarking, amid much excitement, "he intended to abide by what he said." The speaker thereupon named him. Mr YV.H. Smith moved his suspension, which, after some challenges and an appeal from Mr Healy to the Parnelliteri, waa carried without division,
