Mr Heals' s Suspension— Lively Scene.

A scone took place in the House of Commons on July 28, when (as cabled) Mr Healy wa- suspended. The Speaker having taken the chair, Mr Courtney reported thatdiuingthedi\ ision Mr Healy had challenged Mr Delisle " to como outride the House if he w r erc a man and he would break his head for him." Mr Healy admitted the accuracy of this, remarking, amid much excitement, "he intended to abide by what he said." The speaker thereupon named him. Mr YV.H.
