A GRAND DUKE'S WOOING. His Efforts to Win a Daughter of the Prince of Wales.
Mr L\bouchkre's special cables to the " American Press " on Juno 7th :---" I announced two months ago that there was a project of marriago between the Grand Duke Michael Michaelovich of Russia and one of the daughters of the Prince and Princess of Wales. At that time not ono person in ten thousand had heard of this particular grand duke, but he has been in London during the last two months and been in society much and constantly at Marl borough House. Whether the contemplated marriage will take place I know not, but there will be several difficulties to overcome, not the least of which is the absolute necessity for the wifo of a Russian errand duke to become a member of the Greek Church."
