Pasteur's Theory of Inoculation Declared a Success.
The report of LheJSngUsh Committee on Pasteur's Hydrophobia Cure proves to be even stronger in its favour than was reported. The comnw&i? was composed of eight of tho ablest ir-en in scion c, and the most competent specialist* in the country. They consider the proof of Pasteur's theory conclusive, and his treatment, in spite of some failures, do be entirely successful, and oven recommend it to be made compulsory in cases of rabies.
