The Archdeacon of Winchester, who »a very little man, whilst showvn<* som ladies over the cathedral a few- days ago, must needs prove the monstrous size of the pipes of the organs in tho course of repairs by creeping into one which lay on the flooi\ Ho fcnen stuck fast in the pipe He had the key of the cathedral in his pocket, and had locked the door, so the biluation was critical until the workmen who were repairing the organ came back after dinner and pulled the venerable adventurer out.
