NOTICE. | WHEREAS certain lands on the Mor-rinsville-Tc Arolu Section of the Waikato-Thames Railway have been taken for public works, under " The Public Works Act, 1882," and its amendments, ! by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fifth day of May, 1887 : Now, therefore, I, Edward Richudson, the Minister for Public Works, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in that behalf, do hereby appoint the Public Works Office at Auckland to be the public office at which persons having any estate or interest in any lands taken as aforesaid, or injuriously affected by the said Proclamation, or suffering any damage in respect of such lands from theexeioiso of the powers given under the said Acts shall serve their claims, pursuant to " The Public Works Act, 1882," aud its amendments.
