Adelaide Jubilee Exhibition.

The final meeting of the London Committee of the Adelaide Jubilee Exhibition was held on Tuesday afternoon last, Sir Herbert Sandford, who sails for Australia by the Austral on the 14th inst., presiding. From the report it appearod that the total number of European exhibitors in the industrial section was 906, of which 25 were British, 72 German, and 72 Belgian; France, Austria, and other countries JDeing represented by a smaller number of exhibitors. There were 379 British fine art exhibits, including 35 oil and 50 water colours from many ' eminent British artists, including 28 Royal Academicians, and 139 Belgian fine art exhibits. The total sum reserved for space money in London was L 3,400, of which about L 2.700 would be remitted to Adelaide. The Hon. J. W. Downer was appointed Acting-Executive Commissioner in succession to Sir Herbert Sandford, and tho proceedings wound up with congratulatory votes of thanks for their services being passed to the last-named gentleman, to Sir Samuel Davenport, Sir Arthur Blyth, Mr S. Dooring, and the secretary, Mr G. C. Lovoy.
