Bounded northerly by Monastery claim, easterly by Wolsely, and southerly by Keep-it-Daik Licensed Holding, and westerly by ground supposed unoccupied Late Licensed Holding, No 465, kno.vn as the Golden Gat) c' im, situated at Waihi ; area, 1 acre 8 roods and 15 perches. Bounded southerly by Silverton Licensed Holding, and on other hides by ground supposed to be unoccupied.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT LISTS OF DEFAULTERS and ROLLS of COUNTY ELECTORS for the several Ridings of the Piako County aie now open for inspection at the undermentioned places :—: — To Aroha Riding — Air Robert Harris's Store, Te Aroha. Waitoa Riding— Mr H. J. Clifford's Store, Morrinsville. Miitamata Riding — Mr F. Dibble's residence, Matamata. Pdteteru Riding— Mr Wm. Kincaid's Store, Oxford. Taoluorou Riding — Mr -N. Hunt's residence, Gorton. Any objections to any Roll, must, on or before the last day of May next apply for relief to the Resident Magistrate's Court nearest the place where the Roll of the Riding is kept. CHAS. TUCK.
