DOMAIN BOARD.

Tub ordinary monthly meeting of the Te Aroha Thermal Springs Domain Board was held in the Board room on last Saturday evening at 8 o'clock. Present : Messrs Gavin, (chairman), Ahier, (secretaiy,) and G. Wilson. The receipts for five weeks ending 7th inst v*ere stated to bo £62 10s ; balance at bank after paying accounts passed at previous meeting 2s 5(1. The clerk made the following statement, with respect to tickets issued from j March 2G, to May 7. In stock by j caretaker March 2G, tickets value for ■ £18 13s ; since issued 2000 -id tickets, ' 527 6d do., 200 Is do. Total present value of tickets on hand, £90 14s 2d. Mr Wilson drew attention to the advisability of procuring some looking glasses, brushes and combs, etc., to be placed in the several bath houses, which ladies had asked might be provided long since. Mr Wilson also suggested that a supply of drinking mugs be piocured, one to be placed in each bath house, and at the several spring? ; and further spoke in favor of having some of the bath houses lined, It was resolved that looking glosses, brushes, combs, and mugs be procured, and that all the bathrooms or one side of the passage in No. 3 bath house, be lined and ceiled, also, that No. 1 bath house be lined and ceiled, and some other minor matters attended to. Mr Wilson suggested that the Board plant a number of the more valuable kinds of young trees on 21st June, to be styled the Jubilee trees-
