CABLEGRAMS. London, April 14.
One of the steamers plying between Newhiiven and Dieppe has been wrecked on the rocks near the latter poit. The passengers were landed in boats, but one boat filled with people capsized and 12 persons were drowned. The Daily News to-dny hopes that the discussion by Conference of the question of marriage with deceased wife's sister will lead to the romodyof a serious grievances under which the colonies now suffer.
