Alexandria, April 12. News is to hand from Wacly Haifa that four envoys from the Mahdi's successor at Khartoum have been allowed to pass on their way to Cah*o, bearing letters for the Queen, the Khedive, and the Sultan. Nothing is known as to the object of the mission.
