Alleged Gold Mining Fraud, London, April 6.

The shareholders in the Mount Morgan West Mid ing Company have made an ap plication in Chancery to have their names removed from the Bhare register, on the grounds of misrepresentation in the pro e pectus of the Company. Justice Sir Edward E. Kay, before whom the application was heard, held that the prospectus had misrepresented the Company, and ordered the removal of the shareholders' names; also the return of tbo amount of depoeits paid, with interest, stating that the whole affair was a most audacious fraud.
