Incidents of the Queensland Floods. Brisbane, March 10.

! During the floods at Albilbah Btation, near Isioford, the police rescued Patrick Burke on Sunday, who had been up a tree for 24 hours without food. James Wilson, who had beon on an island for nine daye, was reecued with a boat, which was carted twelve miles and rowed sir railea to the island. While on the (island Wilson sustained life by killing j and eating his dog, this being the only food ho could obtain. The Comet River was 5 feet over the rail of the central railway line. On the Cooktown railway the water was 5 feet over the Normanby bridge. At Killarney Station the water was i five feet deep in the house. The inmates took refuge on a ridge, where they camped all night in the rain. Fencing and buildings have been washed away, together with large numbers of live stock, including some valuable blood stock belonging to Beaufort Station. A blood stallion was found lodged in the fork of a tree 12 feet from the ground.
