Emperor William's Health Failing.
Sad nows coniQS from Berlin in regard to the health of the old Emperor. It is said that the Kaner'a general condition 13 serious. Hia bladder and kidneys are much worse and hie frequent loss of blooi greatly alarms his? physicians. He has been unable to attend to any festivities for some tirao, His immediate attendants do not. believe that he can live more than a few months, and oven should he rally, which is oxtremsly doubtful, he can never again be vhat he was, even three months ago.
