The "Mark Lane Express" of February 14 says: Natire wheat is in improved condition and slightly firmer. Foreign wheat is weaker. Flour is irregular and tends downward. At to-day's market wheat was slow. Sound English sold freely, unchanged. Foreign was a shade lower. American flour waa irregular and cheaper.
