To pay interest and provido sinking fund, the following securities are proposed to be given :—: — (q) All Goldfields Revenue and Gold Duty becoming due and payable to the County Council from time to time, under the Financial Airangements Act, 1876, and its Amendments. (r) A Special Rate of 4 farthings in the £, to bo imposed and levied upon the rateubJe value of all rateable property throughout the Ohinemuii County, excepting Crown and Native Lands.
