Mr Parnell on Irish Affairs.
London, February S.~ln the House of Commons last night, Mr Parnell, in a npeoch which was moderate in toue, moved an amendment to the Address-in-Reply, denying there was disorder in Ireland where rente had been auitaoly reduced. Autonomy, not repression, he declared, was the remedy for tho present crisis.
