JL at a Special Meeting of the Piako I County Council helft at Hamilton on the 22nd inst. .-—Resolved-: " That in accordance with 'the provisions of « The Counties Act, 1886,' and of 'The Government Loans to fcocal Bodies Act, '1886/ a!
