The French Navy.

The veeselB — named the Dupuy de Lome at Brest, and the Jean Bart at Rochetort— are to bo each armed with four 16-centimetre (3*l-1 0 inch) guns ; six gune of nearly 3-inoh ten revolver-cannon, and four torpedo tube 5 ? They are estimated to attain a speed of 19 knots.
