Dillon, O'Bkien, Harris, and Schemery, when arrested at Loughrea, were engaged in presiding over the collection of rents They were brought up to-day charged with obstructing the proper payment of rent, and were remanded, bail being allowed. The moneys collected by the prisoners from the tenants for payment of rent have been seized by the police. Mr j McHugh, the Sligo Champion, arrested on a charge of inciting to boycotting and agrarian outrage, waa released from custody, London, December 18. The plan of campaign adopted by the no-rent agitators has been pioclaimed an illegal conspiracy, and those partaking in it are liable to prosecution. It is aleo pro claimed that the money collected by the agitators will be seized by the Government. Messrs Dillon, OBrien, Harrie, and O'Siieeby, together with Redmond and O'rieiliv, will be brought up to Dublin, and cha god with conspiracy. Mr Parnell states that he has been confined to his room by illness, from which he ia only now recovering, and that he uaa not aware of the plan until it was publi-hed.
