Tho paitieular works proposed to bo undei taken— Making and Completing ihe Road from tho northern to the southern boundary of the Te Aioha Riding, being the main Te Aioha-Shaftebbuiy and Guidon Special Settlement Road; also, a portion of Budge Street near the Railway Station, Te Aiolni, and the Cross Road fiom Muiphy's Landing on the \\ aihou River, through Wilson's Section and tho Waiorongomai Township, to KtJgour Street, Wiiiorougoindi. 2. The sum proposed to bo hoi rowed lor suuh purposes is iilsoo. 3. It is proposed to pledge as sccuiity for such Loan a " Special Rate 1 of One Farthing in the JL upon all Rateable Propeity within Te Aroha Hiding, such Rate to bo an annually reclining Rate, and to be payable eveiy year for a period of t\vent)-six 3 care W.
