NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council of the Obinemmii County, held on the 13th day of November, ' 1886, the following Resolution was passed :—: —

" That the Provisions of tne ' Local Bodies Lo.ln Act, 1886/ be adopted generally within the County of Ohinemuri, by Special Older." And I further givo notice that a SPECIAL MEETING of the said Council will be held in the Council Chambers, Cassrels Street, Paeroa. on FRIDAY, the 24th day of December, at 12 o'clock (noon), to confirm the above resolution.

This proposed Special Older is to take effect as from the 13tli day of November 1886' - FREDERICK COCK,
