New York, September 10. — A Peferhead (Scotland) despatch, to the " Herald" reports the arrival there of the crew of the whaler lizzie P. SimmODSt three i years out from New London. Last November the shio was frozen in the ice between Baffin Bay and Greenland, where they Buffered much until rescued at the close .of the sumaier df the barque Pereoverance. The captain remained at Davis Strait in charge of the saved Btorea and two-and-a half-years' catoh.
