These Wateis are fill feebly alkaline and stiongly chaiged with caibonic acid gas, which is constantly escaping from the Springs in large quantities. The Lithia, a valuable constituent of these Waters, is present in an appreciable quantity. The Analysis show these Springs to be very sin ilar in composition. These Mineral Waters are exceedingly interesting, and will piovc of great value medicinally. They closely le&emble some of the European Mineial Springs so justly celebrated, more especially those of Vichy, Ens, and Fachingen. Their Curative Value will be greatest in Rheumatic and Aithrilic Diseases, Calculus, Affections of the Kidneys, and Dj spepsia. You may rest assured that all you can do for your Springs in the shape of improving the facilities for their use, m entirely ju.stilicd by the cliaj actor of the water.
