These Watcis are all feebly alkaline and stiongly charged with caibonic acid gas, which is constantly escaping from the Spi ings in large quantities. The Lithia, u valuable constituent of these Waters, is present in an appreciable quantity. The Analysis show these Springs to be very sin ilar in composition. These Mineral Water.-, are exceedingly interesting, nnd will prove of great value medicinally. They closely resemble some of the European Mineial Springs so justly celebrated, more especially those of Vichy, Eir s, and Fachingen. Their Curative Value will be greatest in Rheumatic and Arthritic Diseases, Calculus, Affections of the Kidneys, and l-> 3 spepsia. You may lest a&sured that all you can do for your Springs in the wlisipe of improving the facilities for their use, w entirely juhtiii-ccl by the character of the water.
